Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 1-2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and order total. All prices include VAT where applicable.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the provided link. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Information

  • Accurate Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

  • Missed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive your order, our courier may leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour, or you may need to collect it from a local depot. Check your tracking information for details.

  • Customs and Duties: As we only ship within the UK, no additional customs fees or import duties apply.

Lost or Damaged Orders

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
