Return policy
We only accept returns if the item is unused or arrives faulty.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if there's an issue, and return the item in its original condition and packaging.

Candle Care
To get the most out of your candle and enjoy it safely, please follow these care tips:
Before each burn, trim the wick to about 5mm (¼ inch) to prevent smoking and ensure a clean, even burn.
Allow the wax to melt across the entire surface on the first burn. This helps avoid tunneling and extends the candle’s life.
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Always allow it to cool completely before relighting.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from drafts, pets, children, and anything flammable.
After each burn, gently nudge the wick back to center while the wax is still soft to maintain an even burn.
Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface to protect furniture.
